Proxifier can work without a proxy server. This working mode does not differ in any ways from working through a proxy server, except that all connections will be established directly from the local computer to the remote one.
In this mode Proxifier can be used as a powerful tool for monitoring network
connections, traffic (can be displayed as an icon in the System Tray); you can
use it to log, save and analyze the traffic of various network applications.
