There are two editions of Proxifier for Windows:

The Portable Edition requires no installation and can be transferred as a folder to an arbitrary location (disk, network share, USB stick, etc.). It can run on a computer even with guest access. At the same time, it has some limitations, such as an inability to work with background services and applications that lack a UI, including console programs.
The Standard Edition does not have those limitations but should be installed as a regular application.

The Profiles of the Standard and Portable editions are compatible. Profiles from the Standard version can be exported and loaded into the Portable version and vice versa.
